接着一会儿后, 手机收到这样一个短信:

然后是双语客服接的电话. 他第一句是英语, 我还愣了下, 说" I need a Chinese Service", 然后他直接切中文, 我还没听懂…尴尬
然后客服会跟你验证身份信息, 大概就是护照号, 邮箱, 手机号.
客服说电话挂机后大概5分钟左右恢复.
